No, Answer MobileTM is free for eligible Insurance Answer Center customers.

For your first login you will be provided a temporary password. After that, from within the app, you can easily change your password. For security, a validation email will be sent after any password change is made.

The Answer MobileTM app automatically caches a copy of your ID card. If you have previously loaded your insurance information into the app, it will be available for offline viewing.

Just select ‘View ID Card’ and tap the icon from your iOS device or icon from your Android device to select your printer.

As your authorized insurance agency, we exercise extreme caution when storing or handling your personal information. You will be required to provide a user ID and password when you begin using the app.

Yes! You can now get information about your home policy, in addition to any other type of policy you have purchased through Insurance Answer Center.

Most states allow digital insurance ID cards as proof of insurance, but some states may require paper insurance ID cards. As of September 2015, digital ID cards are not accepted in CT, DC, HI, MA, MI, NH, NM and NC.
