Peter has over 30 years of operations and technology experience in the insurance industry. Before joining Answer Financial in 2001, Peter served as CIO and Sr. Solutions Officer for InsLogic Corporation. In addition to InsLogic, Peter also served as Vice President, Application Solutions and Underwriting for Examination Management Services, where he focused on business solutions for the life insurance category.
Tina has over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career with Answer in 2006 as Retention Manager in the Encino office. Tina joined the sales department in 2006 as a Sales Manager, where her team’s consistent performance earned her the role of Sales Director in 2014.
Glynn has more than 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, joining Answer in 2004 as a Sales Manager in the Encino office. Within three years Glynn was offered a promotion to his current role as Sales Director, and relocated to the Knoxville sales center.
Shawn started his Answer career in 2005 as a Sales Agent in the Encino office before moving to Knoxville in 2006. Eventually Shawn moved up to Sales Director. In 2014, Shawn accepted the position of Sales Director and Site Manager in Ogden, to help establish, grow and lead the new location.
Gillian began her career with Answer in 2006 as a Sales Agent Trainee and has developed through virtually every position in the Sales Department to become Sales Director in Knoxville and Chattanooga. Gillian now has the opportunity to grow the next generation of Sales Agents and Managers.
Eli joined Answer in 2015 from sister company Esurance, where he began as a Sales Trainer in 2004 before growing to oversee Sales Operations including Quality Assurance, Communications, and Training. Eli brings his comprehensive experience to Answer’s Knoxville office where he is responsible for developing the coaching and learning strategy for its Sales department.
Terry has over 18 years of experience leading Workforce Management, Quality, Finance and Operations areas for companies including TD Ameritrade, Genworth, AOL and K12. He joined Answer in 2016 and operates out of Knoxville where he manages Call Support, Workforce Management, General Services, Policy Holder Services, Quality & Audit and Licensing.
